I'm speechless. I too am really relieved that the child has been taken from the mother. Who feeds their baby toilet water? The child could indeed have an infection. But I am sure they will consider this when she goes to the specialist. There are tests to see what she has in her stomach. An infection could cause inflammation, which could cause things to not function correctly.
My daughter also has severe GERD along with laryngospasms. I can guarantee that hers was not caused by mold. What has been explained to me at the Children's Hospital is that her lower sphincter isn't matured is what caused it. I am sure that there may be issued that is caused by the mother, but I wouldn't think the GERD is.
i agree. the grandmother is bringing her to a specialist in portland maine to see if it is what caused the gerd. and if it was what caused it we are going to cps and let them know what the biological mother did so she cant get custody of the baby. the mother is trying to say that she is going to get the child and well no one here wants her anywhere near the baby at all. its all rather sad that the mother has no maternal bone in her body.. she is a crap mother and im glad that the gram has custody... i was just wondering if anyone else knew if that would cause it.
This baby can never, ever be left alone with this child.
I would suggest you direct your question and concerns to your local County Health Department as soon as possible!
