Gallbladder polyps/ elevated liver enzymes

I'm kinda freaking out. I went to my Dr for a follow-up she took blood and it showed I have elevated liver enzymes, so she sent me to have an ultrasound. I got the results today and she said I have 2 gallbladder polyps. What does all this mean? Is there something bad wrong with me? I'm only 26 & have serve anxiety so I'm very nervous. Please any information is appreciated.
