Abdominal Spasms

Recently Ive been having intense spasms just below the xyphoid process and they radiate more to the right quadrant but I do feel them slightly in the left. They seem to be along the ribcage. I have had abdominal CT with contrast and abdominal ultrasound within the last 6 months and all were negative.

However, I find them very bothersome, not painful, but very irritating. They are worse after exercise, I am an avid lifter, and after eating. I notice them more if I feel bloated after a heavy meal as well. I have no idea what they are, or what causes these. Ive tried to focus on what causes them and makes them worse, drinking more water and such but nothing seems to help.

Any help would be awesome.

WELL,THERES DONT SOUND MUCH MORE THEN SPASMS,,MUSCULAR,,BUT WHEN THEY ARE MORE LIKE A HEART BEAT,,AND REGUALR,,OR WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEM,,THIS CAN ALSO BE AN AORTIC ANYURISM,,,THATS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH,AND THATS THE SAME THING THAT TOOK JOHN RITTERS LIFE,,,THE ANYURISM WILL GROW AND PULSATE IN THE BELLY JUSY BELOW THE ZYPHOID PROCCESS,ABOVE THE BELLY BUTTOM.

I'm not really sure where the xyphoid process is located, but I've been having odd pulsating sensations directly above my navel. They just feel like a little heart beat. I've been doing a lot of research because I was wondering about them and I found that there isn't much information other than if it was a "phantom kick" after pregnancy (usually your second child) and Abdominal Aortic Aneurisms. I don't really know what a kicking baby feels like, because I'm quite young and have never had one, but maybe thats the case for you. Another possible cause is that your Aorta valve/artery extends lower and you can just feel your heart beat which is natural. This usually occurs with thin people which might be the cause for me. Well, I hope this has helped!
