Should I be worried about pancreatic cancer with normal mri and ct scan?

Hello, I have been experiencing upper abdominal pain that radiates to my back at times since the end of April. I had a MRI with MRCP completed in the beginning of May with blood work that came back normal.  I then had an upper endoscopy that came back showing inflammation in my stomach lining and esphongaus. I was passed on poi for gastritis. At the end of May I started experiencing more pain, weight loss, lots of appetite and my stools changed. I then went back to gastro doctor and had Ct scan done with and without contrast which came back clear. My blood work is fine and I also had stool tests done.
