What could be causing my intestinal pain and "skin crawling" sensations?

I've had pain in my lower abdomen for a few months. It seems to increase when I eat something. I have frequent episodes of "skin crawling" sensations all over my body. Behavioral changes. Loss of some cognitive abilities. Whole body CT scan, blood work, urinalysis, all came back normal. Any insight here would be amazing.

You need to rule out intestinal permeability AKA Leaky Gut Syndrome.
A simple urine test called Lactulose and Mannitol test can confirm this.
It measures the levels of these 2 sugars in urine six hours after ingesting them.
All the scans and tests you had done cannot detect intestinal permeability, something conventional medicine
has mostly ignored :(
It can lead to autoimmune disease, IBS, fatigue, mood disorders, cognitive and learning disabilities, skin disorders...

Jason, you are young and have your whole life ahead of you.
Seek a reputable Functional Medicine Doctor to help you
with this issue, before it develops into something more serious.
Oh, another recommendation is to either do a food elimination diet to rule out food sensitivity or try
Dr Coca' Pulse Test -free download- which takes about a week to complete.
Let me know your thoughts on all this.
Best wishes,
Niko

I have that same thing.  It usually wakes me up in the morning and stops after I finally am able to have a bowel movement or have gas.
