hahah scratch that apparently it was already in there, my little brother was putting his uneaten food in there for some reason.
Thank you, but just recently, (10 min ago), I pooped and an undigested portion of a tostidos chip came out by itself not inside the poop or anything. What does this mean? I will be seeing a doctor soon but just asking
On second thought... before you do anything further, see a proctologist to be sure that you aren't so impacted after 4 months that he might need to give you something stronger just to clean you out.
And from there, he can suggest a good stool softener besides the psyllium-type.
I think what you did (and remember we aren't doctors here) is that you initially had dry stools, you drank water and ate fiber, but you were blocked up, buddy. So the longer the stool remains in the intestine the more water it's absorbing, but you ate all that fiber so you made the new stools even dryer.
It sounds like a cause and effect story. The blood - if it was fresh - could be from straining or trying to physically wipe the stool out of the rectum (you didn't say).
Big issue there if you're eating fiber and still not taking a normal bowel movement to start with.
Check with a proctologist to see if you might have polyps or - by now perhaps from straining - you might have hemorrhoids that are bleeding from wiping hard or trying to get the stool out by straining.
Next time try a stool softener instead of fiber and water, but do see a doctor to make sure you aren't doing damage.
Psyllium will promote the gas issue because it's a fiber not unlike raw broccoli, califlower, etc... So if it's staying in the intestines it's creating heat and consequently, gas.
Just my thoughts....
Hi Mikey, its best you do to a doctor. You could have something serious going on with your intestinal track. From what I've read and heard by other individuals like yourself, not having a bowel movement for several days and bloody stools may or could be something serious. Go to a Gastro Doc specialist they will be able to target specifics.
