CELIAC DISEASE

good day doctor,
my daughter is 3 years old and she is 11 kilos, she stopped gaining any weight since one year now, once she passed only oily drops and her stool analysis showed moderate fat globules, a second time it showed mild fat globules.
anti-endomesial antibodies are once borderline and another time was negative
she has sometimes loose stool, sometimes constipating, abdominal bloating, enlarged tonsils and inguinal lymph nodes.
the endoscopy show normal villous pattern with lamina properia edema, no signs for parasite, malignancy.
she had one attack of pneumonia 3  monthes ago (we had a new aircondition and it was very cold before she got sick)
what next should i do?????
what is her differential diagnosis???

Was the endoscopy upper or lower?  If it was lower they should have taken biopsies to determine whether or not she has celiac disease.  Have they tested her for Hirschsprung's disease?
