Chronic LUQ pain

Hello,
I'm 30 yr. old female with no prior medical history.I'm hoping to find some possible answers to my medical problems I've been living with for almost a year. About a year ago I developed symptoms of LUQ discomfort and mild pain which was steadily progressing.. I went through many tests, including: 3 CT scans, and MRI,ultrasounds,colonoscopy,3 EGD's,countless blood tests, Barium Swallow,Esophagus study, Esophageal manometry, Gastric Emptying test and probably some that I forgot to mention. All of the tests so far are coming back negative. In the course of this journey I have been diagnosed with possible GERD and was put on PPI's without any relief of symptoms. Then an EGD found an Esophageal Candida which was treated and cured. Pain continues. Then after another EGD a pathology result came back with Barrett's Esophagus.....but no Gi doctor agreed that that could be possible. So 5 months later I had another EGD in a bigger university hospital which ruled out Barrett's and no Barrett's cells were found. At the same time I had a BRAVO capsule inserted and the results were negative for Acid Reflux. The doctor that was doing the latest EGD reported Atrophy in the Antrum, but no inflammation.Biopsies were taken and H.Pylori was ruled out. However the biopsy result did come back with following:
FINAL DIAGNOSIS:
Part 1: Stomach Biopsy
A. Reactive Antral and Oxyntic Mucosa.
B. Negative for Helicobacter.

Part 2: Esophagus, Z-line at 39 cm, Biopsy
A. Reactive squamous and Gastric-type Mucosa.
B. Negative for Intestinal Metaplasia.

As of today I still don't know what is it that is hurting me so bad. Could someone please try to tell me what the latest biopsy result are indicating and what is the diagnosis. I do not take any medication and do not take NSAID's or can't think of anything that I could be taking to damage the gastric mucosa. Is there any way to heal this and how to do it?
I know this message turned out so long, but I'm so desperate for answers. And no one has offered any yet.
Thank you for reading this and possibly replying!!

I doubt the osteoporosis would relate if they did not seen any evidence of nerve root compression.

Thank you so much for your reply. I did have a pancreatic enzymes checked a few times and they always came back normal. One time doctor suspected shingles, but I had never had chicken pox and there was never a rash during the bouts of pain. My Gi doctor does not feel it is pancreas and does not even wanna hear about it. I kimd of agree with him for I have never had any pancreatic symptoms such as intolerance to fatty foods or floating stools or weight loss, I never lost my appetite either. My PCP has suggested and ordered a bone scan to check my ribs, but the test is not due yet. I had an MRI of the thoriasic spine and it came back with questioning if I had a diagnosis of  osteoporosis. Could that possibly be causing me the pain under the ribs? It seems that I have exsausted every possibility, but the pain remains. Again, thank you so so much for your time and your opinion. It is greatly apreciated!

It sounds like you have seen a lot of smart folks along your path. Obviously there isn't an easy answer. With this said, i have a couple thoughts. The one intra-abdominal source that would remain a possibility is the pancreas. Have your amylase and/or lipase levels been measured during or shortly after a significant bout of pain? The fact of the matter is that you have had an enormously complete evaluation for intra-abdominal sources. My other observation is that the abdominal wall has been completely ignored. A common source of upper quadrant pain is the dislocation of a rib/cartilage joint. This is usually diagnosed by a careful history and physical examination. Another possibility is that you are actually having radicular pain from a pinched nerve in your back. This may not be accompanied with back pain similar to sciatica in the leg. I am also assuming that you have never had a rash in the area consistent with shingles.

Have you discussed the results with your MD?
I am sure if he/she thought it was something to be concerned about they would have left you know. You can do a search of each line item and see what comes up.
