Can you be Celiac if home testing kit says negative. I have a few of these problems like Constipation, bloating, stomach Pain, Pernicious Anaemia, Loss of Appetite, Feeling Sick all the time, Sometimes I get Indigestion, and some Weight Loss

Which home testing kit did you use. Some, like those from Enterolab are darned good and will give accurate results.

If you are concerned that you have an allergy as serious as celliac, you should go to an allergist or your primary care doctor to get thorough testing done.  You may have a wheat allergy or gluten intolerance, but you can't know for sure without the proper testing.
