Do I need my gallbladder out

The other morning I woke up with cold sweats, vomiting, migraine headache, chills and hurting between breast bone and right side.. What could of caused it? I was so sick I had to go to emergency room in ambulance.

It is good you went to the ER just to be safe in case it was heart-related. What did they find out?  It sounds like it could have been a problem with your gallbladder, either gallstones or acute cholecystitis. An ultrasound can tell you if your gallbladder is the problem. Hope you feel better!
