EXTREME ALLERGY TO ANY ANIMAL PRODUCTS

Animal products make me very very ill - meat of any kind, chicken, fish, yoghurts so I stopped eating them. Milk is at the top of the list. This did not bother me until my doctor discovered that my vitamin B12 blood level was very low. I am now taking a supplement. The problem is in spite of all this doctors won't admit that I've got an allergy they are trying to convince themselves that my body is just not absorbing vitamin B12. I cannot find anything to explain my problem and any other known cases

Those don't really sounds like allergies but they sound more like intolerances.  I would recommend seeing your gastroenterologist not just your general doctor to discuss this.

Thank you for your response. The reactions are
1. I don't sleep for three days and nights sometimes while its running in my system
2. It goes to my head and I can feel something shrinking in my brain as time goes and on the last day I can feel it the size of a pea and when that goes I know my system is clear and I feel like doing anything, cleaning the house, running. just full of energy
3. My ears and head ring and its terrible
4. My concentration goes I can't absorb anything if I'm reading a book for example, I literally can't function
5. Everything I eat has to be cooked in vegetable oil. If I eat even chips from a chip shop,, for example  its no good and one day I was in a chip shop and I saw the fat they use and it explained the reaction. My condition is quite acute and my body just picks up anything
6 A couple of years ago I discovered Piriton, an antihistamine, by chance, it helps me with sleeping and calms my body down.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  What do you mean by making you very ill?  You probably don't have an allergy but intolerances.  Have you had a RAST blood test?
