Uknown Bowel Issues

I have been experiencing bowel issues for the better part of a year now.  I have had a colonoscopy, endoscopy, small bowel series, celiac tests, all which came back normal. I did have a liver function test and my enzymes are elavated but I tested negative for Hepatitis.  I was just told that I have a common fatty liver and the diet and exercise would help.  I don't know if there may be a connection but I have also had a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck for about 2 months now.   Some days it seems tender and other days it seems to harden (about the size of a pea).  I have gone through a gauntlet of blood tests (mono, epstein barr) and had one specifically to test my white blood cell levels and everything has come back normal.  I have also been experiencing fatigue and lightheadedness for the past 2 months as well. I am not sure what this means and I can't seem to get any solid answers from the Doctors that I see.  I am pretty worried about my health and I feel like there is nothing I can do to fix it. .

My doctor would suggest you go gluten-free and stay that way, but it's hard for people o stay on it if they are not convinced they have it.  But if you do, you may find you feel much better.

My bowel issues consist of yellowish stools that usually seem to float and break apart in the water - as well as bloating, gas and discomfort.  I had one test done early on when I first started getting symptoms and it said that my body was building antibodies against gliaden peptide strains but I tested negative for Celiac.... not sure what that means.  Up until a year ago, everything was normal - then suddenly it changed and has been this way now for close to a year.
