Fissure bleeding post LIS

It has been 8 months since the initial diagnosis of fissure. I Started off with topical creams and colace and flax seeds like most and ultimately decided to go through LIS Last week. It was been a week since the surgery and removal of skin tags. The first 3 to 4 days I had some pain associated with the surgery. But since yesterday I am experiencing the dreadful fissures again with a slightly hard BM. I am horrified to go back to the same experience even after going through the surgery. Is it normal to experience the fissure for some days after LIS? Could it have been a unhealed fissure returning after the BM. Please advice if you experienced anything like this. I have a postop doctors visit tomorrow and very depressed with the situation.
