I am 28 years old married and dont have kids right now but i am planning. For the past 4-5 years i am having severe pain the pelvic region. All sorts of tests are done but nothing is being diagnosed till date. Few days back i had undergone a laproscopic surgery in that also plocystic ovaries were shown which were drilled. Fibroid was shown of small size but could not be treated because it was deep inside the uterus wall so the doctor advised not to remove the same. I can't bear this severe pain any more. Its a premenstrual pain and remains for atleast 20 mins, and occurs after every 2 hours. Its so severe that i can barely sit and i vomit whatever i eat. Its a white fluid which comes out from mouth. Some doctors says its a case of adenomyosis byt after laproscopy and MRI this is also ruled out.
I just would like to know, can this case be related to Gastro rather to a gynaecal. We might be overlooking some aspects related to gastro. Please suggest what to do?????
