Gastric problem with chest pain

Hi,
I have gastric problem from 2 years. I take medicine and it got disappear for while. As I leave the medicine Gastric problem appears.
History -  I have High Blood Pressure and I take medicine daily, My height is 5.7 and weight is 93, I smoked occasionally like once a year ( not a chain smoker), I am non vegetarian - I usually take fish as it has Omega - 3 fatty acid which helps in lower the High Blood Pressure.
Since it is 2 years I am worried that I didn't get any solution for Gastric and beside this from last 3 months I am having chest pain from center which flows left and right, sometime very severe in left but for few seconds.
I have all blood test, ecg test, ultrasound test of full abdomen in which doctor found fatty Liver. Beside this now doctor want to go to Stress ECO test for the chest pain... I am now little worried why stress ECO it is related to heart...Can any one please help me in sorting out any solution or guide me to diagnose what had happen to me and what special care should I take to dissolve these problem

Hi I have had something of what you describe.  I have stomach problems which I have had for over two years.  I have gastritis and a hiatus hernia after having my gallbladder out.  Im in agony a lot with it.  I was getting severe chest pains last year and my heart was checked.  It was oesophagheal spasms.  They are very painful and mimic a heart attack.  Sometimes I had to stay in hospital with it as it just persisted.  Maybe yours is stomach related so you could get referred to a gastro to get it checked.

It sounds like you have another problem going on besides just the fatty liver.  You might have something like GERD and I would recommend talking to your gastroenterologist about this.

i can simply say now what i dignose is the fatty liver due to which i am having gasteric problem ( passes bad air with lots of sound from stool)
