Elivated lipase and weight loss.

Hello question not sure if anyone experienced this. I went in to the doctor due to having pain in my upper right rib area and sometimes to my back. Since I have Been watching what I’m eating no fatty foods. My lipase levels were elivated to 203. My bile was also a bit high. Not sure what I have. At times I feel nauseous, but pain has gone down. An upper ultrasound showed nothing of the liver, galbadder and kidney. She I do a ct scan. Can a ultrasound miss anything?
