Nausea for 11 days!

I have been sick for 11 days now with bad nausea, vomitting and diarrhea.  I have had only a low grade fever, at most.I have no appetite, no desire to eat, and I've lost 15 pounds.  I was also sick for 7 days at the beginning of July with the same thing, while travelling in Europe.  I was alright for about a week and a half when I returned home, then relapsed. My bloodwork came back normal.  Any ideas what this could be, or similar experiences???

All my test results came back negative, they did not find anything.  On the plus side I am finally starting to feel better the past few days and have been eating solid foods.  The nausea is not totally gone yet but I have not been taking gravol anymore and haven't thrown up since last Wednesday.  Thanks for your help!

Im very sorry to say myself and a girl i met on here had the same thing for awhile. I actually had it for in total seven months straight. The nausea got better as i found ways around it, and i managed to find things that i could find i could keep down though they where few and far between. You need to get tested for Giardia, H.Pylori, and also get recommended to a gastroenterologist to take a closer look at you. For the vomitting and the nausea, ginger that you buy in the vegetable section, cut a small piece off and chew on it. It tastes somewhat hott, but it will stop it long enough for you to be able to eat. Try peppermint tea for nausea as well. And black tea for the diarhhea. Get tested for everything and be positive. It does get better, hopefully yours will be easily solved. Mine i still dont know what it is, and i have small relapses from time to time but besides that i am normal now. What you have sounds closer to a friend, you can find her through my profile, Goldfishy she might be able to help you if it continues

Yeah I did have that done, but the results have not come back yet.  I am thinking that must be what it is. Thanks!

Have a stool test for parasites. It's called Ova & Parasites test. It's possible that you've acquired them with food.

In meantime drink enough water to avoid dehydration. Eat foods like bread, cookies, rice, cornmeal, cereals, pasta. Drink only water or tea. Avoid sugary and fatty foods, also fruits except bananas and oranges. It is possible thatinfection partly healed the first time and then rteappear. If test wiol show parasites you will probably need antibiotics infection may last for long time or appear again.
