Malabsorption

I usually have to go, Diarhhea, an oily substance, like water, usually 3m -5 times when it hits me and there is no time to waste, I have to go to the bathroom; it is embarrassing and it has a foul order attached with it. I have regular Colonoscopies and have seen a Gastroenterologist he put me on Clolorestomie a medicine that is supposed to stop the bouts of diarrhea.  What can it be have you heard of anything similar? When it strikes, I even poop a little in my pants while I am sleeping? Very embarassing?
