I don't know what I have

I am a thirteen year old female (if it helps). When I sit down and I slouch a little bit(bad habit, I know) for a while, it starts to tingle on the left side of my ribs. Also, when i touched my ribs, I felt that one rib sticks out a little bit. Where that rib is, is in the same area that tingles. I don't know what I have, and we don't have money to go see a doctor, and I'm really scared. I told my mom and she said that its because of what I eat/me coming home and sometimes not eating. Is the thing that I have serious? Please help me. I appreciate it.

Your right, I will stop. :)
What kind of stretching? My mom thinks I should do yoga or pilates before school (there are videos on Netflix )

Thank you, it did help.

Well 1st of all, I'd stop slouching if you do not experience any tingling when standing up straight.  Plus, it's a good habit to get into.  & 2nd try to do regular stretching exercises to release tension, presssure that may help stop the tingling.
Also, eat when you should.  Your bones and whole body need the nutrients.

Hope this helped
