I'm desperate...

I have been experiencing what is either anal leakage or bleeding for a year now. I will randomly go to the bathroom and when I wipe I will notice a foul smelling orange/brown like substance on the paper. It appears to just leak as I'm going throughout the day. I have been to the doctor for this before and they have told me it was from constipation, and they could not find blood in my stool. But it will not go away, and they told me they could no longer help me. Are there any suggestions of what this might be? Or how I can get rid of it? I feel like I'm on my last rope, I just want this to stop.

It wouldn't hurt to try the diet and see what happens. But keep in mind that it will take several months to turn things around if the problem is celiac disease.

I have quite a few symptoms of the celiac disease, as in 11 of the ones posted on here. Should I try a gluten free diet for a while? To check.

Orange/brown and foul-smelling could be due to fat malabsorption. Find a new doc and get some testing done. You may want to check for pancreatic or celiac disease issues.
