Abnormal Symptoms Following Acute Pain

Hello, thank you for taking the time to answer my question!
I'm a 24 y/o male with a prior diagnosis of grade I 25% isthmic spondylolisthesis (L5, S1) and occasionally I get pain flareups from a pinched nerve or muscular tension. I take naproxen PRN and baclofen PRN for such pain, not regularly however.
Last Thursday, a pinched nerve AND muscular tension flareup began with 9/10 pain (not the usual level but it's certainly felt worse) and within a few hours I experienced what I imagine to be a tension headache or migraine accompanied with severe nausea that lasted close to 20 hours. Since then, the pain has gradually lessened, although still present. My question to you is that I've also been experiencing an abnormal amount of indigestion, stomach bloating & indigestion all after eating, and an overall decreased appetite-- this hasn't happened before ever. I also have had excessive watery dark-colored diarrhea, also nothing normal. I've been treating these symptoms with increased water intake & antacids, but with no noticeable relief.

Should I be concerned at all? Is it possible, by list of symptoms alone, to have a correlation to my pain? I'm having a physical done this month, but not this week.
