Lower Right abdomen Pain Post surgery

Hi there, I had my gallbladder removed almost 4 months ago, have been feeling great all my symptoms went away... last Thursday i started getting throbbing like pains in my lower right abdomen, vomitted the next night for 4 hrs... saw my GP on Sat who thought i was having an appendix attack he sent me to emerge, blood and ultrasound were normal but im still having the pain, any ideas what this could be?  I see my GI next week, I wonder if it could be some sort of chronic appendix thing as thats exactly what i had with gallbladder all normal blood and scans and when i had the surgery it was inflamed and scarred, any thoughts??  Thanks!

I wonde rig it can still be appendix without showing on U/S or blood?  Thats what happened with my chronic gallbladder problem and they didnt know until they removed it...

I would have guessed the same thing. Appendix. It could also be scarring/adhesions from the surgery.

Just make sure you keep the GI appt..
