Pelvic Floor Dysfuntion

I was diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction or Pelvic Floor disorder in 2010. I constantly feel pressure on either side of my very lower abdomen. I can not have a bowel movement without repeatedly pushing on both of these places. It right were the Psoas muscle is on both sides . It feels like there is a knot there. I have to take laxatives to have a bowel movement but these days that doesn't help much. I've been dealing with this since I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in May 2008. I had a partial Hysterectomy in Dec. 2008 & kept my right ovary. Over the years the constipation just got worse & worse. Don't know if my problems is from adhesions, or maybe the Endometriosis grew back or if it has to do with the Psoas muscle. Anybody have any symptoms like mine like having to push on your abdomen to have a bowel movement or have symptoms like mine?
