My stomach is killing my life

Hello, I have been having issues with my stomach for more than 15 years. It began with a Helicobacter pylori diagnosis, and doctors helped me get rid of it with medications.

But ever since that my stomach wasn't what it had been. I got periodical stomach-aches and gas from time to time. On good days, I feel perfectly normal, it could last for years. But on bad days it makes me want to kill myself.

I've had endoscopy 3 times over the last 15 years. Every time the result says I'm OK, I am HP negative and there is nothing serious happening down there.

Recently I'm having pain again, this time it lasted for over a year, almost 2 years by the time I'm writing this. I felt pain and endless gas everyday, especially during afternoon and dinner time, mornings are when I felt most comfortable. It's going in cycles. I often feel worse and worse for 4-5 days and then it suddenly gets better for 4-5 days and then worse again. It keeps going on and on in this never ending cycle, significantly affecting my life. please help me, please please, thanks.
