Nausea for over a month

Hi! I have been nausea for over a month now. I just want to get better. I went to a stomach doctor and he put a camera down my throat and he don't find anything wrong. Please let me know what you think this can be?
Sincerely,

It could be many things; one thing would be a bad gallbladder.  Does greasy food make you especially sick?  Even the smell or sight of it?  Do you have upper abdominal pressure/discomfort/gas?  These are typical for gallbladder. Ultrasound would show stones in the gallbladder, but a HIDA scan shows whether the gallbladder has stopped functioning without having gallstones.

There are other possibilities - even pregnancy, inner ear trouble, liver trouble, etc.

When did this start?  You should have some blood testing done to determine what's going on.
