gallbladder question

Hi please help with ur experiences. I have been experiencing what seemed like digestion/IBS issues since 2008. Before that I was completely normal. I have seen two gidrs. And many other drs. But I finally decided to see only my gp until we get to the bottom of this. After several visits with different issues she sent me for an ultrasound to look at my gallbladder. The results came back with a contracted thickwalled gallbladder and fatty liver. I was surprised but after reading the symptoms of GB disease I realized I had them all except for pain under my ribs on the right. The odd thing is I have MAJOR pain under my LEFT rib that fills like some inflated a balloon and it goes through to my back . I strongly feel that my gallbladder is affecting my pancreas and I am solo worried about permanently damaging it as my blood glucose test was steadily increasing and now is at 103. I feel I'll and nauseous most of the time and when I bend a lot I regurgitate. I ate a high fat meal to see how I would feel and my stomach hurt really bad and I felt gassy and I couldn't catch my breath for about four hours after the meal. Does it sound like my pancreas is being affected by my GB and how can I get them to listen before I damage it perminently.?

I've never heard of food intake having any affect on the shoulder. That's very odd. fI'm sorry you aren't getting any answers, I completely understand. im 10 years in and dozens of tests without answers myself.
Do you feel the pain every time you eat? Like if you just ate a plain bowl of white rice, would it still hurt?
How are your bowel movements?

Well the surgeon reviewed my hida scan results and he said it was normal and I should see my gp for treatment of gastroparesis but its not gastroparesis. I am solo very frustrated and in constant pain. I hate eating because even nonfat foods cause severe pain in my right shoulder followed by nausea. It is really affecting my ability to work. I am running out of ideas.

If its anything like the contrast they inject you with when you get a ct scan or mri, then yes its normal. Getting injected with anything could potentially have a taste to it.

Thank you for it response. My liver was fine on my ct scan on 5/26/11 (gallbladder too) but my ultrasound on 3/26/15 also shows a fatty liver. I don't eat much fat. I actually eat mostly homemade stews and soups of chicken and veggies or fish and veggies. All these issues actually started at a time when I was making better eating choices. I eat lots of salads because its quick. I don't eat out (no hamburgers, fried chicken, or French fries). Which is why I'm worried that this could be autoimmune hepatitis. I'm worried about things getting worse even though I am practicing good eating habits. Any theories

If you have your blood work numbers and can post some, we maybe able to help provide more insight. Liver enzymes, bilirubin, alp, etc.

fatty liver can cause a lot of similar issues as well. look up the symptoms for non alcoholic fatty liver disease.
I would suggest cutting out fatty foods, and only having healthy fats like coconut oil and things of that nature. Digestive enzymes may help, as its possible you are not producting enough and that is causing extra strain on gallbladder and pancreas.
