Pain and burning in abdominal area, and watery diarrhea.

Hi, just a week ago, I began to have watery stools after I took only two pills of azithromycin which was part of a three antibiotic pack I received from my nurse practitioner for a case of what he said was bronchitis, but since I had had c diff two years before, due to Clindamycin, I didn't take any others. The watery stools stopped after the next couple of days, but they were still unformed. Fearing another onslaught of c diff, I had a stool sample checked with LabCorp and the results came back negative, but I was, and am, still having burning sensations in my abdominal area, lots of gas, and not knowing what to do. I went to the ER twice, and the results were the same both times: blood panels were great, white blood cell counts were at normal level, and two ct scans revealed nothing abnormal, not even inflammation. The visits were just this past weekend and I don't know what to do. I have no insurance and lacking the finances to go back to my GP at the moment, so I'm not sure where to go from here. I've thought of trying to do another c diff stool sample test for A and B toxins, but that's all I know. If you guys have much better ideas, please let me know. Really nervous about what's going on with me but don't know what to do next. Thanks very much for your help and kindness.
