I had the same problem and saw doctors to no avail. pyscillium husk fiber solved that problem and diarrhea and constipation.
mushy poop
I just can't figure it out, I'm starting to think that the Food and Drug Administration is screwing us over again. We purchase out food from the inflated priced, government approved, grocery stores infested with pesticides, drugs and antibiotics, E.coli, higher gluten content, over pasteurized aimed at making us sick so we can then turn to the other half of this administration and search through a overabundance of over the counter medications designated to cure our newly found medical conditions, but they don't help at all, actually they probably increase our symptoms.
The next step is to make an appointment to see your MD and to relay to you what happened at my appointment I explained to my doctor about my embarrassing washroom issues and he ran through the usual list of reasons that he and his medical books could come up with and one by one I went through them eliminating them from my diet. Bread and gluten, dairy products, eggs, beef, pork, chicken, fish, corn, peas, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots and parsnips and other vegetables, alcohol, excess spices including salt and pepper, nuts, refined sugars, and then tried changing to a complete vegetarian diet and then a vegan lifestyle and attempting health food products and the addition of probiotic yogurts and added fibre.
After 3 years and countless tests on my digestion system, stomach, liver, kidneys, colon, intestinal, I was tested for gluten issues, crones, celiac,
I tried to be tested for Leaky Gut but they don't recognize that as being a medical issue in Canada, that's a good one when out government decides what is legit as a medical condition - the same Jack...es that spend all of their time and our money arguing with each other as to who the hell is in charge and how you have to listen to me because Canada hated you more than they hated me and somehow elected me into office, why don't they ever have a "None Of The Above" on the ballet.
I spend an hour or more a day on the crapper and am always concerned with the location of the nearest washroom and alternative washrooms so I don't have another accident. I have been living with this mushy poop, it's not diarrhea but more the consistency of soft serve ice cream and always makes such a mess, I'm thinking that I need a water hose in my toilet to wash it down.
Please let me know if anybody knows or finds out how to eliminate this issue.
Thank You

Hello, sounds a bit like too much aromatase, have you had your hormones tested, low progesterone or testosterone can cause all of those symptoms especially reduced bowl function and lubrication.
No bread
No caffeine
Eat less
Problem will go away
My mom and I deal with same issue. I need more fiber. She has dealt with irritable bowel syndrome. Doctors have checked her out amd she is cancer free so don't assume the worse. I am cancer free / as well!
NO, but I have a LOT of dreams looking and finding pottys
PS: alllll of my childhood allergies came back that day. Milk, mold, greenbeans, pets, etc. And i know it sounds odd but they actually came back that day. it is so bizarre.
11 years.....my routine was like clockwork. had to poop everythree days. One terd, then pee, one wipe and done.....then something happened in july of 2001 at the age of 24. One day i finished breakfast and then i started getting all itchy and my hands broke out and a few hours later i went to the bathroom and it was like pooping red clay dirt. And every poop from then its been the same. i have been on a water diet for a week, cut out all bread and milk, taken fiber supplements and been tested for celiacs. Nothing shows any issues. I am so sick of this s***...literally. I have to plan my daily routine around going to the bathroom b/c the only way i can get clean is to use a wash cloth and a sink...which i can only do at home. Kill me.
Try using fiber, Metamucil, Fiber one etc. It will normally firm you up in two to three days. Great for your colin. Need to continue for a while or maybe forever. If this doesn't help, see your Physcian.
Bottoms Up!
You may have an allergy of peanut butter or peanuts. how often to you eat it? If you eat it often try not to eat it very much. That should help.
MY POOP IS SOOOOOOO MUSHY IM A FRECK WIHT MY POOP
I have the same exact problem. I have gotten blood work done to test celiac, stool samples tested for bacteria AND had a colonoscopy by my GE...to no avail. My diet and my routines have stayed the same. I have been dealing with this for 5 months no, with no change.
It could be a number of things. They should do a stool test to rule out bacteria, ova parasites and c diff. , a colonoscopy and CT scan to rule out things such as colitis chrons and cancer. You could have celiac ( gluten intolerance) or malabsorbtion . Your first step would be to make an appt with your dr so some of these tests can rule out what it could be. .
I have been having the same problem as well. I'm getting a battery of tests run by my gastronologist. Tests will be completed within the next few weeks. I'll keep you updated when I know something.
