Why do I have open sores on my anus!
Hi,
I am not sure why but I have open sores on my anus that make it INCREDIBLY painful to wipe after using the toilet. I am not sure what it may be caused by, as I have not had any promiscuous sex since September as I am in a monogamous relationship, so it can't be an STD. I could really use some feedback, and have provided photos below:
