Severe Gas Pocket past 4 months or mis-diagnosed?

They said I had a severe Gas Pocket- but it never goes away- and there is audible rumbling inside of abdomen-  I can't sleep on the left side-  or the gas pocket goes up behind my heart and I will experience sharp pains- so I turn to the left side- with a small pillow under my abdomen usually- and just painfully try to force myself to burb and fart all night- ...most times I have to get up at 1 or 2 am and drink the Mirolax-- but I don;t think this should be going on for 4 months like this-  if it really was just a severe Gas Pocket, you know?  I think I have an Appendix or Gall Bladder problem or a cancerous tumor inside me causing all this trouble- what do you think?
