Feeling fatigged dry mouth pain in right abdomen and loose stool for over 8 months

It all started with nausea back in may 2010, went to doctor after few days and he gaveme motillium tablets, took them as directed for a week then seemed ok, after 3 days the nausea came back big time with extreme fatigue and dry mouth and pain in the right abdomen, my stool is loose as well as shiny so went back to the doctors who ordered some blood test, the result come back with elevated bilirubin (all of them direct, indirect and total) roughly about double the normal figures so decided to tell me that there is nothing wrong with me it will all go away after a while, I have been suffering this for the last 8 months and can't understand what s wrong with me, even the doctor is saying that there is nothing wrong with me. Looked up on the internet about gilbert s syndrome and found out it s not a desease and can t be even noticed and it involves inderect bilirubin because lack of liver enzymes little bit won t be processed and gets back into the blood, in my case all the bilirubin are elevated and my bowel movement has not been normal for more than 8 months loose stool with bad smells, could this be liver failure? is my liver not diggesting food properly? what s wrong with me? am I the only person in the world with these symptoms? lately i have been feeling stomach empty all the time even after eating please help

What did you find out?
I have the same symptoms. I've had every test known to man (endoscopy, HIDA, Gastric empty study, blood tests). I feel like there is a knot under my right rib cage, pain comes and goes but steady knot. I also have pain under enter of rib cage occasionally and it feels good to push on it.  Relieves bloat discomfort. I've been going through this for 3.5 months.

It could be an inflammatory bowel problem which could cause the symptoms you describe.  You would most likely need a colonoscopy to diagnose this.

could this pain be an inflamated colon? will this cause nausea, fatigue and dry mouth etc?

An endoscopy is unlikely to reveal the cause of loose stool but it could reveal the cause of the nausea.

The endoscopy is not going to reveal anything related to the elevated bilirubin.  I recommend you ask that question on the liver disorders community.

yes he did order top and tale, both endoscopy and colonscopy, what could have caused one of the liver functions not to work properly?! is the endoscopy going to reveal anything related to elevated bilirubin at all?

Everyone does not have elevated bilirubin.  You can ask about this on the liver disorder community.  Did your doctor order an endoscopy?  I don't think you should worry about what the worst scenario could be.

Tests could include more blood test, a CT scan of your abdomen, or an endoscopy.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend that you see a gastroenterologist about this who will do more tests to determine what is going on.  You are not the only person in the world with these symptoms, but you need more testing to determine what is going on.
