Stomach Problems

So it seems the more detail I give in my posts, the less people will actually read. So I'm going to summarize this:

After 20-30 mins of eating a solid meal (fruit, sandwich, chips, etc), my blood pressure skyrockets from 120/80 to 180/100, my heart rate jumps from 75-80 bpm to 120 bpm on average, my heart feels like it's beating a lot harder than it should(laid my phone on my chest and you could see the phone jumping from my heart beat), and I just felt fatigued and crappy.

Cardiologist did blood work, a holter, EKG, Echocardio, ultrasound of kidneys, checked limbs for blood clots and stress test, all fine. Endo did blood work, all fine. Gastro did EGD, all fine. Test for celiac, all fine.

I know it's not anxiety because if I eat yogurt, ice cream or apple sauce, I almost feel as good as I did before all this started happening. I need to know what else I could try--diets, test, or otherwise--to find out the cause of this problem.

The only thing I've got to try left is a non-MSG diet.

Could it be my stomach pushing into the vagus nerve and pinching it that way? Would make sense then if the stomach is filling up and expanding.

Best i can come up with is your vagal nerve is being tripped by digestion activity. Autonomic  dysfunction.
