Strange symptoms in stomach

Hello, for years now I've suffered from debilitating symptoms in my abdominal region and I've seen different Doctors and so far nobody has been able to help me, very frustrated. :(  Every morning without fail between 5am til 8am my stomach begins cramping extremely bad as though I need to have a bowel movement but then when I get up and sit on potty the feeling goes away and I can't go.  So I go lay back in bed and in a matter of minutes the cramping comes back, then I can evacuate a tiny bit and this will sometimes last until 2-4 pm before I finally feel empty enough to go on about my day.  A lot of times too I will feel so sick to my stomach during this that I even vomit.   Diagnosed with gastroparesis, depression/anxiety, recently Chrons disease and fibroids/endometriosis.  In 2012 had gallbladder out bc they thought that could be the issue, and just recently July 26th had surgery to have multiple fibroids removed along with endometriosis which was all over my bowel and bladder and my Ob-Gyn said I should be able to go to the bathroom without any more issues, not happening, at least thus far.  My GI doc wants now to send me to a colon rectal doc to see his opinion.  So tired of going to dr appnts though. :( I also am currently taking prescription pain meds for my back and leg pain but this happens when I'm not on them.  Also have pain in stomach when this is happening.  Is it possible to retrain the bowel to go potty at different time of day?  Any thoughts advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!  Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, you have had multiple surgeries and these can cause adhesions and problems with bowel movements. Now doctors have attempted to correct the same. You can try lifestyle changes which will make the stools bulky and soft so that it passes through easily. Consume plenty of water and eat high fibre diet with organic yogurt, this may help. Also, drink something in the morning this promotes peristalsis.

There is an entity called slow transit constipation. Constipation has been categorized as slow transit constipation, normal transit constipation, and obstructed defecation. Slow transit constipation can be diagnosed with a complete history, physical exam, and a battery of specific diagnostic studies. Discuss this with your specialist when you meet him.  Good luck with your therapy.
