Very nervous and concerned

Somebody seriously pls, I scared afraid of something being wrong?
I am not quite sure as too what is goin on with me, all I know is I am starting to panic real bad and I am holding it in so my kids wont see. I have been for about 4-5 years had a slight sensation, more of a just very faint pressure about 1-2 in down under right breast and it kinda flows around to side, well past couple of months it seems to be more burning sensation, and occasionally like i have a pin pokin me in side. Now also my right shoulder blade seems to have a constant tingly sensation kinda like when your leg falls asleep, and that is running up into top of shoulder and into arm and also down side of my back. SOMETIMES not always but when i take a deep breath under right shoulder blade kinda hurts. I have gone and had gallbladder ultrasound done and they said it was normal. I had an H-pylori test where they check for cancer causing bacteria and it was normal, and they also checked my liver, kidneys, sodium , red blood cells and white and all of this was normal. Oh and everytime i take deep breath or stretch my back seems to be always popping. I guess I am hoping for a little piece of mind before i go to dr again. Thanks so much
thought that hemorroids went away, I didnt know they didnt. I have had two kids and had hem. when I delivered, but anyway For about the ast year and half I have had bowel movements with red in it, and My mom told me she does same thing and its her hemorroids too, was just very concerned i got scared. I just wonder if its liver, kidneys gallbladder still or what is up with me, pls help

oh and the ekgs were normal

I do use arms alot, Im only 32. I have had 2 EKGS done in last 6 months

I have been checked for HIV when I had both of my kids they automatically do it when your pregnant and Its negative.

I have 9yr old, 8 yr old and 4 yr old.

the pain is in my back under right shoulder blade when i take deep breaths sometimes

Sounds like a vertebral problem to me.  The burning sensation and numbness could mean a nerve impingement.  Since I have managed a neurosurgical practice for years, my recommendation would to first get an MRI of the thoracic and cervical spine.  Nothing against chiropractors.  They are great with a lot of cases and we actually refer cases to them.  But when numbness is involved, we like to see the MRI first.  Your family physician can order this.  Doesn't sound like anything really major to worry about but anytime there is numbness and tingling involved, you might want to get it checked out.  Good Luck and quit worrying so much!!

I have to agree with kirb_dude1. I have the same symptoms and I know for sure mine is my spine and a rib. The rib causes the pain and soreness in front. Chiropractic helps tremendously, but I have to go fairly often. Also, it works a LOT better if you find someone who does myofascial/trigger point therapy as well. It makes the adjustments go better and last longer. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to find a chiropractor who is willing to take the time to do those things. Most just tackle you like a linebacker and FORCE your spine into submission. LOL!

Do you think that can even vcause the burning sensation, and sometimes a little over to right of where the center of abdomen is, gets tender sometimes

i believe your experiencing some sort of displaced vertebrae, maybe some sort of arthritis of the thoracic spine, i would also say costo-chondritis or pre-cordial catch syndrome(texidors twinge), i reccomend you get a spinal x-ray and a chest x-ray, if you have had any past of spinal injury it may be the cause, i can almost guarantee its not internal, it sounds musculoskeletal when you tell me that your back pops, you may need a chiropractic adjustment to align your thoracic spine, i get complaints like this all the time...and usually ends up being a back problem, i got the same thing except just pain in my chest, doctors couldnt figure out what it was, so i self diagnosed. see a doctor osteopathy or a chiropractor it should help.
