What is causing my single random loud hiccups?

I am 36 years old & since my early 20’s have had the weirdest random, single, extremely loud pain-free hiccups. I get probably 15-20 a day. Where it’s just a loud screech, but it’s annoying & embarassing.

I do also get hiccups where they are a lot in a row like typical hiccups but these are also ridiculously loud, painful & following each one is a loud burp. These, luckily, are extremely rare for me. I’d say less than once a month, and only a few minutes in duration.

I have googled my symptoms & haven’t found anything that sounds like it could be the true culprit.

I do have lordosis, a curvature in my spine that causes some impingement on my nerves. Have not had any spinal imaging done in over 10 years. I’ve seen some people claim herniated discs could be to blame. I’m looking for any other answers. I know I’m not alone, as I’ve seen other people have these strange hiccups too. I just want a cure for them so I don’t have to explain them.
