Worried about biopsies taken during endoscopy

I had an endoscopy today for symptoms of gerd and some dull aching in stomach. These were the findings which I don't know what any of it means. Z-Line irregular. Biopsied, Gastroesophageal flap valve classified as Hill Grade I (prominent fold, tight to endoscope), No gross lesions in the stomach. Biopsied, Erythematous duodenopathy. Help!!! This is all foreign to me and I don't know if I should be concerned while waiting for pathology results.
