barretts concern. please help

my mow was diagnosed with esophagitis 6 month ago, during follow up a weak ago, her endoscopy showed barretts. I believe the barretts havent been their for too long. provided that time frame, can her barrett already have high grade dysplasia? should we be overly concerned? we will get biopsy report only after 2 weeks.
