I have always been a very small person weighing in at 51kilos (112 pounds) however i noticed that no matter how much i dieted and exercised the weight was just piling on and am now unable to get it off weighing now at 60 kilos ( 132 pounds). I dont know what could have causes this
Have your thyroid function checked.
Ask for Free T3, free T4 and Reverse T3, so you can rule out both type 1 and type 2 hypothyroidism.
