Could it be my Pancreas?

I have been having digestive issues and abdominal discomfort for two months and have posted here before (http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Gastroenterology/Chronic-Diarrhea-and-losing-weight/show/1011949?personal_page_id=605058). Being as I haven't been getting anywhere quickly with a diagnosis, I'm becoming more and more panicked that something is terribly wrong with me. I've been to the ER once, my PC multiple times and am now seeing a GI specialist. While I've been given many tests, I still don't have a diagnosis. I've been doing a ton of Googleing (I know, not the greatest thing to do) and am now convinced that something is wrong with my Pancreas, possibly that I have Pancreatic Cancer. When I had my CT Scan, my Pancreas was the only organ they couldn't see due to "gas" as they said.

If my lipase and amylase levels are normal, does this put me out of the risk of Pancreatic Cancer? I'm just so nervous that this is what I'm suffering from. My discomfort is now on both the right and left sides of my abdomen and is in my back at times as well. I'm not suffering from Jaundice and my bowel movements are almost 100% normal now, but I'm still very worried.

I've spoken with my GI specialist's nurse about my worry of cancer and she told me that with all the tests we've done thus far, and the ones I had before, that we would have found cancer by now and that I don't have cancer. I can't help but worry though with the discomfort spreading.

Being that I'm 26 and healthy, I know that I'm not in the "high-risk category" but am still so scared.

Thank you for your comment. I try to not think of worst case scenario, but it's hard to keep my mind from it when I'm in pain/discomfort and everything is coming out "normal". Googleing doesn't help much.

I'm going to try and not pay attention to the back pain and try to keep my mind from thinking about worst case scenarios.

if docs checked and said its not cancer, then its not cancer,,,period!!!
why worry about something you dont have,,,get this,,i get the same darn pain, same area, extends into my back,,and have been getting it for 10 years!!!!
ive had dozens and i mean dozens of tests from pancreas, liver, gallbladder, diabetes, blood, spine,,,everything check, and its all good!,,,but yet i still get the pain,,,i personaly now think its possibly muscular/skeletal
as we have pressure points and trigger points that cause thiese weard pains too,,,nerves can reak havok on you and i and we think its something serious, and its a darn nerve exct.
i know it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING not knwing what we have, but just remember your not alone as im living proof, and were still kicking so relax,,,and look into other causes besides worse case sanerious

Also, would pain from PC come and go or be continuous? I ask because I had a full 1.5 days of ZERO pain/discomfort, but then it came back. I have a great appetite so I don't know what's going on with me. This is clearly seen by my posts.  :)

Please, any info would be much appreciated.
