I eat normal amounts of food but my stool is smaller than normal. Been like this for about a month or so with no pain and no feeling of bloat.

So, you see a stool change? Like no change in diet but less stool being produced? Hm. Any chance you are constipated and don't yet realize it? You could try a stool softener (not laxative). That could reveal if this is the case.
