weird pain in abdomin for over a year no answers yet

I had my gallbladder removed in 09/2013, and then in 1/2014 I had a blockage caused by a stone in the common bike duct that caused me to become septic. A stent was put in and removed 3 months later. Since then I have had persistent diarrhea, unchanged by adjustments to my diet and eating habits. For several months now I have been having attacks of pain in my upper abdominal area focused in the center and right quadrant. The pain seems to be directly under my rib cage. When I have these attacks I become pale and have cold sweats and the pain is sharp and shooting, to the point where it is difficult for me to move or speak. These attacks have become for frequent, and persistent and the intensity of my pain during then has increased. They are not being set off by any particular good or activity. The pain is very severe for anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, and then I have a dull pain that sometimes radiates into my back, for several hours. I had blood work done today that showed my AST and ALT levels to be elevated. AST is 93, ALT is 114. I am a 22 yeast old male, with no other health problems. I am not overweight and I have an active lifestyle. I do not drink alcohol. I am very concerned with what this could be.

Can you provide a bit more information? Do you have data for your bilirubin (total and direct) and ALP as well? Anything unusual wrt your CBC levels?
