Hello~I would certainly see your GP, I would not let this dizziness go on too much longer, you need to probably have some tests run to get to the root of the cause.
If all tests are normal and you still have this issue, then I suggest seeing a chiropractor, sometimes they can help with dizziness due to the neck being out of alignment. Also, taking a good, high potency B complex can help, it will have B6 in it and it has helped others with dizziness.

Your question is a little vague. How do you know you have lesions on your brain or in your brain? Have you had an MRI? Dizziness happens for a variety of reasons and it is often associated with inner ear issues. do you have anything like fullness in the ears (a feeling of) or ringing? Where are the lesions?
If you could follow up with some more information, that would be helpful. Dizziness can be dangerous because primarily of falls. So, be careful if you are still experiencing this.
