Abdomen Hernia

I have a hernia for a long time. Maybe two years. It took a long time on waiting lists to get seen and then they told me that I gotta go for an MRI. They booked that many months in advance and when the time came, a life event came up and so I couldn't make it.
I am now in Spain, I don't know what I have to do. I have no money and am not registered with the Spanish health system. I don't know if they will give me an MRI or if there are other scans that may confirm it is a hernia?
It is on my left side and from time to time it seizes up and the muscle clenches in the upper abdomen. After a few minutes it slips back in. But it feels debilitating while this is happening.
What do I have to do to get this sorted?

Hello, it would be wise to contact a physician in your area and tell him your symptoms, an MRI or CT is the best way to determine what is going on.
