unexplained muscle an bone tiredness

hi im a 53 yr old female im overweight since hi school but lately I have been experiencing things I never have before an im worried for a few months now I noticed that when I try an  do housework I find myself having to stop because my bones an muscles start feeling tired an I feel 'ike im exahausted but just barley started doing the task I intended to do

    I was reading about Magnesium deficiency.... look it up and see if it fits some of your symptoms.  You could just need supplements of Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc.

thank you i do have an appt on april 6th to talk to my doctor about this imjust hoping its nothing bad im just worried because ive never felt like this ever

   If I were you, I would start with a complete physical.  Fatigue of that sort could be caused by just about anything.  
    Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Liver disease, even heart trouble or blood clots.
     Please see your PCP (regular doctor) for a good physical including blood or lab work.  
      Hopefully, it could be just a vitamin deficiency.  But, it's better to be safe than sorry.
