Feeling of a full chest, heaving breathing and mild heart palpitations

What could cause this?

I'm constantly feeling like my chest is heavy or full. My breathing feels slowed. I'm sometimes congested. It scares me. And this occurs when I just sit or lay down attempting to relax.

X-rays and CT if chest was normal.

Female, 21.

I'm prone to sharp pains within my chest. But also down my back, within my stomach and pelvic area. That's really all I can think of.
chest pain may be caused by ones age. as he/she is growing fast and heart is not used to it yet. but i dont think this is te matter in your case. it may be heart problems as well as lung problems. are you feeling nervous from something or stressed? you may have problems with a heart rhythm, but i may be actually wrong. you visited doctor for x ray and tomography, right? and they couldn't diagnose you?
I have extreme anxiety, not sure if that causes this. And for the pains in every location in being checked for endo.

They did and xray, ct and ekg. They said everything came back fine.
chest pain and pressure are anxiety symptoms. i have experienced this when i was very worried about my health several months ago and i visited cardiologist who told me to calm down and get to healthy lifestyle and everything cleared up, but in your case i dont know if this helps. maybe you should see cardiologist. if test results are fine thats good, but what are doctors saying what causes pain?

anyway you better visit doctor and trust in their professionalism as we are only community of patients here. Good luck, hope you get better!
