I am 24 years old, in 2022 they detected a mild mitrial valve prolapse and I also tested positive for pylori and gastroesophageal reflux without esophagitis and gastritis, I treated myself, but the chest pains continued, I currently have symptoms such as intense pain in the center That pain has been in my chest since 2021 and it has never gone away. Sometimes I feel pain on the left or right side of my chest and I usually feel weakness in my left arm. I wake up with pain on the left and right sides of my back and lungs. and I feel as if they trembled or throbbed me, I am standing and I feel that everything around me is spinning sometimes, and I get dizzy and feel weakness in my legs in the calves, I feel at times that I am short of breath and have intense pain in my head out of nowhere, the doctor told me that the prolapse I have could make my life normal, but currently if I walk I get tired or feel short of breath and I continue with the other symptoms in the upper abdomen, it looks like a good I know how to beat and there are days when I have no appetite, I recently had other tests I have no anemia, I tested negative for pylori and it came out that I have an allergy and a low immune system, if anyone knows what it could be because in reality a I don't know what it is anymore: C when I have weakness in my left arm, it knows how to give me pain in the nape of the neck, negative to pylori, it came out that I have an allergy and a low immune system, if anyone knows what it could be because in reality one thing and I don't know what it is anymore: C when I have weakness in my left arm, it knows how to give me pain in the neck. Negative to pylori, it came out that I have an allergy and a low immune system, if anyone knows what it could be because in reality one thing and another already I don't know what it is: C when I have weakness in my left arm it can give me pain in the neck
Some questions for you -

Did you ever have covid?

Have you followed up with your cardiologist or whoever diagnosed you with the mitral valve prolapse? Often, they can prescribe medication to help with symptoms of that. If you haven't followed up with your cardiologist, you really should.

You say you were diagnosed with an allergy. What is the allergy? Are you avoiding that allergen?

Have you had any blood work done? Has your thyroid been tested?

When you say that you have a low immune system, what does that mean?

I'm translating this using Google Translate - forgive me if there are errors.

Algunas preguntas para ti -

¿Alguna vez tuviste covid?
