Blackouts

Hi Guys , i'm a 20 year old female and i have been getting these near blackouts lately. When i stand too long or even stand up normally , my legs and arms go numb (i lay or sit down immediately) ,i get this semi migraine , my eyes see black and white spots and my ears ring. I sleep a lot as well , my fiance says i sleep too much sometimes because i will be in bed by 6pm and still be tired. Can anyone relate or give advice on what i can do ?

My mom has this issue and she is has a severe form of anemia. Because of this there is always low oxygen in her blood and it makes her weak and pass out. You will need to see a physician to find the cause of the anemia if that is the problem in order for it to be treated. I forget the cause of my mothers, but hers is really bad and she cannot take iron supplements  to fix the problem because her body will not absorb it. She had to get a blood transfusion once
