Please give me advice

Around 2 years ago I started experiencing pain and stiffness in my lower back which after a few weeks moves to and stayed in my neck. Then eight months later I started getting had and feet pain. Recently I've started having aching thumbs and thumb tremors with an onset of constant tinitus. I also get pins and needles all around my torso notibly my spine.

I've had blood tests and everything seems good. I've now seen a rhumatologist and I'm schedualed for a full spinal MRI any advice would be great thanks in advance.

Hello~You may have some misplaced vertebrae in your neck in spine, thus causing these issues. If this is the case, then seeing a chiropractor would be very beneficial. He/she will look at any x-rays you may have, discuss them with you and then start some treatments, you should start feeling better after a few treatments if this is the cause of the symptoms you are having.
