Circulation

When I sleep at night I easily get cold so I cover up myself with extra blanket.   When I wake up, filling a bit chill and still laying, I raise legs a bit with feet flat on bed, my body temperature goes up and sometimes I feel hot.  I never had this problem.  Other symptoms I have is chronic tinnitus on both ears 24h/day.  It the morning it usually get more aggressive. What is that, and how to fix it?

This might be the symptoms of your environment, medicines, changing hormones and also age. If that’s not the reason then you should certainly concern yourself with the doctor.

Hello~I would certainly ask your GP to check for circulation issues.  As to the tinnitus, I have it all the time as well, have had for many years, they don't know why though. One thought it might be due to Meiners' disease, but I don't have any other symptoms.
