Shortness of breathe

I have been having a lot of shortness of breathe especially after sex, it can take up to 5 or 10 minutes to actually breath normally, and also can happen getting out of the shower, or talking for a little while. I have had a stress test and everything came back normal and strong, have seen a lung specialist and they say everything looks great with no issues. I workout 4-5 times weekly, and very active, not overweight, or any other things that you would think could cause it. Just wondering what I can do, or if there is something I am missing.
